We want you to be completely satisfied with your QUACKADE purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Our Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Item must be in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Downloadable software products
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Perishable goods (food, beverages, etc.)
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
Return Process
To return an item:
- Contact our customer service at returns@quackade.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Include your RA number clearly on the outside of the package
- Ship the package to our returns center at:
Refunds
Once we receive your return:
- We will inspect the returned item within 3 business days
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- You should see the credit within 7-10 business days
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Follow the standard return process
- Include a note specifying the replacement item you want
- We'll ship the replacement once we process your return
- Additional shipping charges may apply
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost
- Return shipping will be prepaid by QUACKADE
Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift:
- Gift returns require the original gift receipt
- Refunds will be issued as store credit
- Store credit does not expire
Reward Points Redemption
Items purchased with reward points:
- Can be exchanged for items of equal or lesser value
- Cannot be refunded for cash or points
- Must be returned to a physical QUACKADE location
