QUACKADE Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your QUACKADE purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Our Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Item must be in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods (food, beverages, etc.)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

Return Process

To return an item:

  1. Contact our customer service at returns@quackade.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number
  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Include your RA number clearly on the outside of the package
  4. Ship the package to our returns center at:

Refunds

Once we receive your return:

  • We will inspect the returned item within 3 business days
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • You should see the credit within 7-10 business days
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color:

  • Follow the standard return process
  • Include a note specifying the replacement item you want
  • We'll ship the replacement once we process your return
  • Additional shipping charges may apply

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost
  • Return shipping will be prepaid by QUACKADE

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift:

  • Gift returns require the original gift receipt
  • Refunds will be issued as store credit
  • Store credit does not expire

Reward Points Redemption

Items purchased with reward points:

  • Can be exchanged for items of equal or lesser value
  • Cannot be refunded for cash or points
  • Must be returned to a physical QUACKADE location
