Welcome to Quackade. For customer safety, account management, and membership card services, all guests must follow the policy below.
1. Membership Registration Required
Quackade operates with a membership card system. To create or manage a membership card, customers are required to provide a valid phone number and email address. The phone number and email address may be used for membership setup, account verification, card recovery, purchase records, reservation communication, customer service, safety notices, and other business-related purposes.
2. Guests Under 18
Guests under 18 years old may not register a membership using only their own personal information. A parent or legal guardian must provide and authorize the required contact information, including a parent or guardian phone number and email address.
3. Parent / Guardian Supervision
Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising minors while they are inside Quackade and for ensuring that minors follow all store rules, safety instructions, machine-use instructions, and staff directions. Quackade may refuse service, pause gameplay, or ask any guest to leave if unsafe behavior, misuse of machines, harassment, damage, or violation of store rules occurs.
4. Liability Waiver & Membership Agreement
Before a minor may receive or use a membership card, a parent or legal guardian must review and sign Quackade's Liability Waiver & Membership Agreement in person. By signing, the parent or guardian confirms that they are authorized to act for the minor, consent to the membership registration, consent to the collection and use of the required contact information, and agree to supervise the minor's use of Quackade's facilities and machines.
5. Online Membership Purchase for Minors
For online membership card purchases involving a guest under 18, Quackade may require verification through a code sent to the parent or legal guardian's phone number. A minor may not use a parent's or guardian's phone number, email address, payment method, or identity without permission.
6. Privacy & Data Use
Quackade collects only the information reasonably needed for membership registration, account verification, customer service, reservations, safety, and business operations. Quackade does not sell customer personal information. Parents or legal guardians may contact Quackade to request review, correction, or deletion of a minor's membership contact information, unless retention is required or permitted for legitimate business, safety, transaction, or legal purposes.
Promotional Communications. The phone number and email address provided by the customer may also be used by QUACKADE INC. for advertising and promotional purposes, including sending promotional messages, special offers, event announcements, membership updates, and other marketing communications by email, text message, phone, or other contact methods permitted by law. By providing this information and completing registration, the customer, or the parent/legal guardian for a minor, agrees to receive such communications from the Company. Customers may request to opt out of promotional communications; however, Quackade may still send necessary membership, transaction, safety, verification, or legal notices.

8. Minor Safety Responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QUACKADE INC. (the "Company") is not responsible for the safety, supervision, conduct, or personal belongings of any minor while the minor is inside Quackade or using Quackade facilities, machines, games, equipment, or services. The Company does not provide childcare, babysitting, custodial care, or continuous one-on-one supervision of minors. Parents and legal guardians remain responsible for supervising minors at all times and for any injury, loss, damage, misconduct, rule violation, or misuse of equipment caused by or involving the minor, except where responsibility cannot be waived under applicable law.
9. Acknowledgment & Agreement to All Terms
By tapping "I Agree," the customer (and, for a minor, the parent or legal guardian) confirms that they have received, read, understood, and agree to this entire notice, including all sections above, as well as Quackade's Liability Waiver & Membership Agreement where applicable. The signer confirms that they have legal authority to act on behalf of the minor, consent to the minor's membership registration, consent to the required collection and use of contact information, and agree to supervise the minor and ensure compliance with all Quackade rules and staff instructions. This includes agreement to the Privacy & Data Use and Promotional Communications terms above.
This notice is a summary of Quackade's membership and minor policy. Additional terms may apply in Quackade's Liability Waiver & Membership Agreement. Nothing in this notice is intended to waive rights or responsibilities that cannot be waived under applicable law.
